Work together……..win together!

Being a team means exactly that, we all work together on and off the circuit.

In our team awning we expect things to run smoothly and like clockwork, we expect people to help one another so that all the karts and drivers make it out for the next session or heat.

If one kart is ready we expect people to help others who are struggling to complete repairs or changes in time.

Already this has proven beneficial. At our last meeting one of the karts was prepped and ready to go, so we all worked on the other kart and we still had plenty of time for a team talk with the  drivers before they hit the circuit.

Similarly, on the circuit, we expect team mates to work together, colliding with each other or taking each other off the circuit is unacceptable and we will be ensuring that all drivers are aware of the benefits of being a team and working together out on track as well as in an awning.

Working together will ensure we build a strong, friendly team and then the victories will not be far away.
